Returns & Refunds Policy:

We do no offer refunds, returns or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged.

IPL hair removal product will differ from individual to individual and will be different depending on the skin tone, hair colour, hair growth cycles, the quantity of times it is being used and the way your body responds to IPL. Go Bare does not guarantee the results of the IPL hair removal product and therefore are not able to refund any purchases unless the product is faulty.

Go Bare has a 12-month period warranty for faulty products.

If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Email hello@gobare.com.au, attach clear images and/or a video of the defect with a sentence about the defect.
  2. Once approved, send back your product as directed with all of its inclusions, in its original packaging to the address given in our response.
  3. A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.

    You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
