Check suitability before buying

CoolPro is intended for natural hair colours from dark blonde to black and skin tones from pale white to dark brown. It is not recommended for very dark skin tones or white, grey, light blonde or red hair.

Suitable treatment areas
Underarms, bikini line, arms, back, legs and facial areas below the eyes. Do not use around the eyes or eyebrows, on intimate areas, or over tattoos, scars, moles, freckles, dark spots, piercings, implants or permanent makeup.

Do not use if
Your skin is recently tanned or sunburnt; you are under 18; pregnant or breastfeeding; have a history of skin cancer or pre-cancerous lesions; or have photosensitivity or take photosensitising medication. If you have a skin condition, medication concern or medical implant, seek advice from a healthcare professional before use.

Complete a patch test
Test a small area on your arm or leg. Start at Level 1 and use a different spot for each higher level—do not flash the same spot twice. Wait 24 hours for lighter skin tones or 24–48 hours for darker skin tones. Continue only if there is no redness or abnormal reaction. Wear the supplied protective glasses and never look directly into the flash window.

Before each treatment
Shave the area, then make sure the skin is clean, dry and free from deodorant, moisturiser, oils and tanning products. Stop using the device if you experience significant redness, irritation, burns or another unexpected reaction. Individual results vary.
